Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Eligibility

Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only and are non-transferable.

Vehicle information must be provided at the time of enrollment.
Monthly Washes
-
Membership includes up to four (4) washes per calendar month.

Unused washes do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.
Billing
-
Memberships are billed monthly using the payment method on file.

Payments automatically renew each month unless canceled.
Cancellation
-
Members may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued once the monthly billing has been processed.
Vehicle Condition
-
Vehicles with excessive mud, pet hair, sand, paint overspray, biohazards, or other conditions requiring additional labor may incur extra charges or may not qualify for the standard membership wash.
Service Availability

Membership services are subject to business hours, weather conditions, holidays, and operational availability.

Clermont Auto Spa reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to circumstances beyond our control.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or special offers.
Vehicle Condition

Membership Changes

Membership plans and pricing may be updated with prior notice.

Clermont Auto Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership plans at any time.
Liability

Clermont Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Members are encouraged to remove valuables before each service.
Right to Refuse Service

Clermont Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a membership in cases of abusive behavior, misuse of the membership, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with these terms.
