Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call the car wash at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made with at least 24-hour notice: deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: deposit may be forfeited.

• No-shows: deposit is non-refundable.
